Gold Country Community Services, dba Gold Country Senior Services provides a range of programs and services that support the health, well-being, and independence of older adults in our community.
Our Services
Gold Country Senior Services, Inc. was incorporated in December 1976 as the Senior Citizens Foundation of Western Nevada County (SCFWNC). Today, with a small staff and more than 165 dedicated volunteers, we provide activities, classes, and events to enhance the health and well-being of our participants. We provide hot nutritious meals by means of our Congregate Lunch Cafe & Meals on Wheels, we warm many senior homes through our firewood program and much more…
